I am an out-of-town buyer and had little time to fly in, see properties and make some decisions. I was beyond impressed with the listings Naja was able to put together for me with very minimal notice. Her preparation, presentation of materials, expertise and insight into the area were impeccable. She considered all my wish list items and wasted no time with viewings. On our tour days, every property we saw was something that could've made the cut. There were no duds as far as fitting the specs. Whenever I had a question about location, the history of the area, structural issues, finishes or anything - Naja had a concise and informed reply. On the rare occasion she was less knowledgeable, she would immediately reach out to a qualified resource and get me the answers I needed to make my decision. Once we selected a property and put the offer in, I was floored again with her work ethic and responsiveness. My lovely, sweet agent also turned into quite a shark, negotiating aggressively on my behalf, and getting bonus items and services included in the purchase price that I wouldn't have even thought of. Despite negotiating well for me, she managed to maintain a positive relationship with the seller or builder as well. Naja is a master of diplomacy and will represent you well with all parties involved throughout the close. I also really appreciated her team's clear and efficient communication via email, their online portal's dashboard, and a regularly updated timeline of where we were in our closing process and what was up next. Every person that she referred me to; lenders, attorneys, maintenance, and tradesman have all been invaluable resources. She is more than a realtor, she is doing more than selling houses. Naja is a confidant, advisor and guide through your homebuying process. She feels a bit like a concierge, carefully welcoming you into your new space and making sure you are all settled before graciously walking away. And still she is never far and does not disappear once the deal is closed as some realtors will. She still answers my calls when I have a question about my new home and never makes me feel that I'm bothering her.
